Go to point of sale setting and set ‘Update Product/Customer Info’ as per your need.
To create a product from pos, enable the ‘Allow to create product’ option from employee.
Go to the POS setting and enable the ‘Enable Product Creation’ feature.

Note: In order to create a product from the POS page, you must need to enable the product creation button from both employee settings and the POS settings.
If either of these options is not enabled, the button will not be visible.
If you don’t want to show the create button to a specific employee, then disable the ‘Allow to create product’ option for that individual employee.

After click on that you will redirect to the payment screen. And make payment.
After payment successfully placed, backedn order due amount updated.

You can also filter partially paid order from pos order list.
Invoice is mandatory for making a partial payment.
Select products and click ‘Mass Product Update’ to update the bulk of products category at once.

About Fields
Your CSV file format must match like below.
Goto general setting and enable the Inventor ‘Real Time’.
Goto pos config setting and enable ‘Display Warehouse Stock’. After that you can see the ‘Update Qty Real Time’.
Product qty will be updated across all pos sessions. ‘Update Qty When POS Cart Change’ : This option will update the

Enable ‘Create Purchase Order’ from pos setting.
You have to install purchase module first. Because this feature depends on the purchase module.
Upon installing the purchase module successfully, this option will appear.
In pos screen you have one button ‘Create Purchase Order’.
After click on that button, it will create a puchase rfq, in this popup you can see the purchase rfq number.

Simply choose ‘Purchase Order’ as the order state if you wish to create a direct purchase order.
Now just add some products in cart, select customer and click on ‘Create Purchase Order’. After that popup will
apear, here you can see the purchase order number.

If you add the section in pos cart, then it will added in purchase order as well.

Goto pos setting and enable ‘Enable Product Variants’ feature. Upon enabling that, three options will appear. 1.
Group by Attributes 2. Auto close popup after single variants select 3. Display Alternative products Select as per
your requorement.
Here in pos screen you can see the product templates with the variants numbers.
Click on any perticular products, After that popup will appear. here in popup you can see the variants of that
products.
In popup you can search the variants also.
After that process the orders.
Now enable ‘Display Alternative Products’.
Now you have to define the alternative product in the particular products.

Now enable the ‘Group by Attributes’.

Goto user setting and enabe ‘POS Coupon Creation’ and ‘Allow Redeem Coupons’.
After that, goto pos config setting and enable ‘Enable Coupon’.
Now goto config –> All Coupon. Here you can create your desired coupons.

In another tab ‘General Info’, here you can define the coupon is valid for the specific product or all products.
Now goto the pos screen and click on the action button ‘Manage Coupon’, after that you can see the wizard. Where you
can define a coupon or select a coupon for the current orders.
After clcik on the ‘Create Coupon’, this wizard will display. Here you can create a coupons with it’s different
attributes.
After successfuly create coupon, it will display success message.
If you want to redeem coupon then, click on ‘Redeem Coupon’.
After click on the redeem coupon, this wizard will appear. Here just add the your coupon code and click ‘Validate’.
After validate the coupon code, display the success message.
After applied the coupon, the discount will applied on the current order.

Goto pos setting and enable display poduct suggetion.
First you have to define the suggetion products in the perticular products.
After that you can see the suggetion while you find the particular product.
Goto pos session setting and enable the ‘Offline Create Customer’.
After that you can create customer, while your pos service is stop/offline.
Fill the customer details and click ‘Save’.
After click on save, It will display warningn.
Customer created and you can use those customer into create an orders. It will sync when you online.
Make new order with customer, which you created in offline.(Make sure pos is still offline)

While your server is online it will sync customer and orders as well.
Also you can edit customer while your server is offline.
Make some changes in the customer and click to save.
After click on save it will raise a warningn. (It will sync changes while server is online)

Goto pos setting and enable product weight and volume feature.

Loyalty Programm Menu and Tree View.
Loyalty Program Form View. Where you can create a loyalty program with different rules and rewards features.
After click on ‘Rules’. This wizard popout, where you can define the rules of loyalty points as per your requirements. Here in this image create rules for the particular product category. And click Save.
Here in this rules wizard, create rules for particular products, so just select rules type ‘Product’ and select those products in ‘Product’.
Now go to point of sale shop setting and enable ‘Enable Loyalty’. After that, you have to set 1 point amount and select a loyalty program.

Now create a pos order for particular customer, you can see the loyalty points counter. Here 11 point is already earned and other 13 loyalty points are earned from the current order.

When you scan the barcode then it does not display a product in the popup which is already returned.
Goto Point of Sale ==> Shop config setting. Enable ‘Allow Return Order’.
After enabling that feature, you can see the return icon on the order list.
After clicking on the return icon, the ‘Return Product’ popup, Where you can enter the return qty of products or click on ‘Complete Return’ if you want to return the full order.
After click on ‘Return’ or ‘Complete Return,’ you will redirect to the payment screen. Also You Not Allow To Return More Then Buy Quantity.
If you cancel return then click on ‘Cancel’
If You proceed next to Then click on ‘Validate’.
In the backend order form view, you can see the return status, return order number, return product quantity, and ‘Return’ smart button.
Click on the ‘Return smart button, It will display the return order list of that particular order.
Open return order, Here you can see the order reference number and ‘Is Return Order’ check true.
Now in PoS Order List, You can see the return status of that order and reference of that order.
Go to Order History and click on ‘Return Order’, Here you can see the list of whole return orders.
If you want to return products items more than available in order. Just Enable ‘Allow Returns More Than Purchase Item’.
Click on the ‘Return’ icon and add the number of return items and proceed.
You can see the calculation in order receipts.
In the backend, you can see the return qty number in the product line.
If you want to print ‘Return Order’ on receipts, Just enable ‘Print Information in Receipt’
Make return order and proceed it.
As you can see the details of return order on order receipts.
If you want to exchange product, Just enable this feature ‘Allow Exchange Order’.
After enable ‘Allow Exchange Order’, Exchange icon visible in order history.
After click on ‘Exchange’ icon exchange products window popup, here you can add exchange quantity. If you want to exchange whole order than click on ‘Complete Exchange’. If you want to exchange with same products just tick ‘Exchange With Same Product’.
Now add exchange quantity and click on ‘Exchange’.
After click on ‘Exchange’ it will redirect to shop page, Here you have to select other products against exchange product. And proceed normally.
In backend pos order form view, Here you can see the order details first thing first, if you exchange products means you have to return some products, so here it will create return order. Now click on ‘Exchange’ smart button, it will redirect you to exchange order.

In PoS ‘Order History’ you can see the details of exchange order with ‘Return Order Reference’ number.
Click on ‘Return Order’, Here you can see the exchnage order history. In PoS ‘Return Order’ you can see the details of exchange order with ‘Return Order Reference’ number.
If you want to print ‘Return Order’ on receipts, Just enable ‘Print Information in Receipt’
Make return order and proceed it.

You can easily define non returnable product, Just tick right ‘Non Returnable’ in product.
If order product is non returnable, so it will display warning.
While you create a return order, Non returnable products will not displayed on return window.
Easy to define Non Exchangeable products, Just tick right ‘Non Exchangeable’ in Product.
Normally
the user has a logo or brand color, so the user can change primary
colors,
hover color, active menu color using primary color as per his brand
color.
Users can also change Secondary color, Secondary hover, Secondary active
colors.
Here you have another color option is gradients color. You can also set
gradient color for predefine theme 3 only.

You can easily change the color of Topbar(header) background color, hover color and active menu color. You can customize your body with different options. There are two options for body background Image/Color. Also, you can change body font color and
body font type with 8 different beautiful and clean font families
(Roboto, Raleway, Poppins, Oxygen, Open Sans, Koho, Ubuntu).
Also, provide google font family in this Backmate theme. So the user has a large range of body font type and set as your choice.
To Set google fonts on Just copy name of any google fonts. In theme
setting goto ‘Header Body Color’ and select font family ‘Googel Fonts’.
After that on field is visible ‘Google Font Family’ here paste your font
family name and click save. (* Refresh browser 2 3 times if not affect).

After open ‘Merge PoS Category’ menu one popup will open and select ‘Create all remaining categories on PoS’ then
you can see the remaining categories list in ‘Select categories merge with PoS’ and then you can add or remove
categories from the list and click ‘Apply’ so all selected categories added in PoS Category.
If you select ‘Linked all products with corresponding PoS category’ then one checkbox ‘Default check Available in
PoS option in product’ will be visible, this checkbox used to check option ‘Available in PoS’ in product, and click
‘Apply’ then all products category and PoS category will be linked.
Goto POS config setting there is a two different option for merge internal category with POS category as like.
1)Sync new product category with POS Category 2)Auto Sync New Product With POS Category
You can disable sync option for particular category after unchecking ‘Sync with POS Category’ option. ‘Sync With POS
Category’ this option only visible after enabling this ‘Sync new product category with POS Category’ option in POS
config Setting.
Go to user settings => Tick Allow to Generate Z-Report.
Go to POS settings => Tick Allow to Print Z-Report.
Select the format in which you want to print report.
Z-Report button will be available on POS screen. Click on that button to print report in selected format.
Z-Report for current session will look like below image.
If you want to print the report category wise then go to pos setting and Tick “Display Category wise detail”.
Category wise Z-Report looks like below.
If you want to print the report product wise then go to pos setting and Tick “Display Product wise detail”.
Product wise Z-Report looks like below.
If you want to print the report customer wise then go to pos setting and Tick “Display Customer wise detail”.

If you want to print the payment details of session then go to pos setting and Tick “Display Payment detail”.

Now select the report method to receipt.

Shown in image the report is printed in receipt format.

Now change the format to “Both”.
Now when the user click on Z-Report one wizard will open with 2 format options. Select “Generate PDF” option
The report will be printed in PDF format.

Now select “Generate Receipt”.
The report will be printed in receipt format.

Go to POS setting and Tick Allow Posted Session Report. This will allow you to Generate and print Z-Report for posted sessions.
“Posted session Z-Report” button will be available on POS screen.
On clicking the button wizard will open. Select posted session of the current user.
Z-Report for selected session will be printed in pdf format.
Go to POS setting and change the format to reciept.
Z-Report for selected session will be printed in receipt format.
You can also find the Z-Report under Reporting menu of POS.
You can select multiple session and the details want in Z-Report.
The Z-Report looks like below.
Z-Report for both sessions will be printed.
The selected details will be printed in Z-Report.
Enable “POS Day Wise Report”.
Go to “Day Wise POS Report”.
Set the date range for the PDF/Excel Report and fill the details. Press “View”.

Select the status of order.
If you want to see the the selected POS Payment report list then click on the “VIEW” button.

For printing the PDF, Click on the “PRINT” button.

After that “Top POS Product” wizard will apear.
Click on the “Filter” button.
Here, you can see a list of top POS products only.
Select the report type= “Basic”.
Click on the “PRINT REPORT” button.

Click on the “PRINT REPORT” button.
