- Order Confimed, Invoiced, Validated & Paid.
- When an order is placed from the website, it will be Confimed, Invoiced, Validated & Payment will be paid in the backend.
- NOTE: You need to set into the product, The Invoice Policy must be Select Ordered Quantities.
Configure Payment Acquirers.
Configure the payment acquirers which is highlighted in the figure.
Confirm Quotation
After payment acquirers configuration then you have to configure for website order.
first configuration is ‘Confirm Quotation’ which is highlighted below in the figure.
when you select ‘Confirm Quotation’ in backend side, You will get message which is highlighted below in the figure.
Now, you can see this sale order is confirmed.
Confirm Quotation and Create Invoice
Now, if you select second configuration is ‘Confirm Quotation and Create Invoice’ which is highlighted below in the figure.
when you select ‘Confirm Quotation and Create Invoice’ in backend side, You will get message which is highlighted below in the figure.
Now, you can see this sale order is confirmed and invoice is created which is highlighted below in the figure.
Confirm Quotation and Validate Invoice
Now, if you select third configuration is ‘Confirm Quotation and Validate Invoice’ which is highlighted below in the figure.
when you select ‘Confirm Quotation and Validate Invoice’ in backend side, You will get message which is highlighted below in the figure.
Now, you can see this sale order is confirmed and invoice is validated which is highlighted below in the figure.
Confirm Quotation And Validate Invoice and Create Payment
Now, if you select fourth configuration is ‘Confirm Quotation, Validate Invoice and Create Payment’ which is highlighted below in the figure.
when you select ‘Confirm Quotation, Validate Invoice and Create Payment’ in backend side, You will get message which is highlighted below in the figure.
Now, you can see this invoice is validated and paid which is highlighted below in the figure.
